The DBlade By Caveman Mods is 100% hand made out of 7075 Aluminium (Aircraft Type) and features a 30mm Diameter with a height of 88mm overall. 

Consisting of a total of 6 pieces makes for this a easy to maintain device. starting from the top you have the Top cap that is bearing the DBlade mark as well as its serial number, next you have a double threaded delrin ring, then the aluminium body with the 3 characteristc notches on each side, witin the aluminium body you have the aluminium button in the sape of a double Blade (Side Fire) then sitting on the bottom you have 1 neodymium magnet 3mm mounted on the bottom of the button and 1 neodymium magnet 2mm mounted on the base of the inner tube. Caveman Mods understand the sensitvity with neodymium magnets and have creafully protected them in 2 screw caps made of delrin. Each of these caps have 2 notches so that they can be screwed and unscrewed with the help of a pair of pliars. 

Whilst most mechanical devices dont have any form of safety features, Caveman Mods have tried to create a device that will give a a little more safety to its users, Two O-rings are placed insdie the body tube to ensure that the correct distance between the button and the tube and to avoid creating scratches when rotating to lock to device, as well as a circular dig inside the top cap ensuring the protection of the postive poles of the battery incase of firing without a vaporizer attached. 

Cleaning Tips:

For the proper maintenance of your mechanical mod DBlade, we suggest the following: You can clean it as often as you want with the use of a mild detergent, such as dish soap. A soft toothbrush would be ideal to reach points surfaces, points of contact, joints and coils. DO NOT USE erasers and Cleaning Wires, or polishing creams! DBlade does not present arching phenomena due to the construction material and the configuration of the surfaces at the contact points.

As with all mechanical mods, a great understanding of battery safety and Ohms Law is required before using this device, should you push the limits of your batteries could result in serious failure and damage to either persons or property.
