Starting June 1, 2025, the UK will enforce a ban on the sale and supply of single-use or disposable vapes. This ban applies to all disposable vapes, whether they contain nicotine or not. The primary reasons for this ban are environmental concerns and the impact of disposable vapes on public health. Read this quick blog for more information on the disposable vape ban.

If your vape kit cannot be recharged AND refilled either with a bottle of eliquid or a pre filled replacement pod then it will fall under the banned products list. For example, kits like the Elfbar 600 and Lost Mary BM600 are not rechargeable so will be fall under the vape ban.

A pre filled vape kit is a specific type of pod kit that is rechargeable and uses prefilled 2ml pods. Once the eliquid in the pod runs out you simply open a new one and dispose of the old one, recharge your device and continue vaping.
However, a new type of pre filled pod kit has hit the vaping market. Sometimes a prefilled 10ml refill container is also included offering 12ml of eliquid total. The container is designed to attach to the pod and drip-feed e-liquid into it, constantly refilling it without the need to remove it from the device. Once all the e-liquid is used up, both the pod and the container can be replaced. You keep the device and recharge it. This system ensures a convenient and sustainable vaping experience, making the 10+2 system an excellent choice that will survive the 2025 ban.
